Apart from selling a bunch of CDs and vinyl this year (a healthy thing for an independent band to do), we also had a silly amount of people download
the digital version of Real Pain Supernova - over 6000 people as far as we can figure out. To us it doesn't much matter who of those folks forked over a few dollars for it and who didn't. Just so long as those who listened to the album dug it then we're cool with that.
...and so coming to the end of the year, we found ourselves in a few peoples lists of what they liked listening to in 2011. Some, like the Mess and Noise critics pole was a nice surprise. Others like showing up in Forbes magazine was something none of us saw coming. So surprised were we that we have to mention and highlight the absurdity of it here!
